how it works

Our Referral System

We take time and care to match your referral to the best suited professional, with the utmost transparency and commitment to the highest quality service you can expect. Here is how a referral with us will look:

1

Referral Triage

We will triage your referral and notify you with our proposed plan, including the appropriate professional, how long we expect the assessment to take and proposed dates to complete the assessment.

2

Assessment

Subjective and objective assessment with the individual who has been referred.

Assessment of the role and workplace.

Discussion with management to understand the role, their requirements for the individual and the current practices in the workplace.

3

Reports

Our comprehensive reports provide all of the necessary information that the employer and individual need including the reason for assessment, history of the condition, assessment findings, workplace assessments, recommendations and possible solutions.

4

Follow-up

Once the initial assessment has been completed, the individual may benefit from follow up support and assessments to help them integrate back into the workplace. In addition to treatment and rehabilitation, we can help with mediation between employee and employer to create a fair and effective plan that both parties can agree on.
